The family of an Australian woman who died while driving a Volkswagen Golf have called on Victoria's Attorney-General to investigate the car company. Melissa Ryan, 32, was killed in 2011 when her VW Golf slowed dramatically on a Melbourne freeway, causing a truck to ram into the back of her vehicle.
